Flipsty is a platform that assembles teams around startup ideas — and launches them fast.

We match sharp, early-stage ideas with talented builders, designers, and operators who want to co-found something real. No need for company formation or fundraising. Flipsty provides the legal structure, launch tools, and support — so teams can focus on building.

Our model is simple:

  • Flipsty assembles and supports the team

  • Together, they launch — quickly

If it works? We scale it.
If it doesn’t? We kill it and move on.

Now we’re assembling Flipsty’s founding crew

We’re looking for a small, elite team to help us bring Flipsty to life in 90 days.

This is your invite if you’re:

Builder (Head of Product / Technical Lead)

What you’ll do: Rapidly prototype, build MVPs, and integrate key tools to power the Flipsty platform.
Who you are: A full-stack developer, technical founder, or indie hacker who ships fast and loves experimentation.

Designer (Creative Director / Brand Lead)

What you’ll do: Lead the visual identity, product branding, and storytelling for the Flipsty platform and our startup launches.
Who you are: A design thinker, indie brand builder, or creative lead with a killer portfolio and strong storytelling instincts.

Growth Hacker (Marketing & Founder Scout)

What you’ll do: Build our early-stage growth machine — recruit idea-stage founders, drive awareness, and grow our community.
Who you are: A marketing-savvy founder scout, ex-community manager, or growth PM who knows how to build buzz and build in public.

Operator (COO / Systems Lead)

What you’ll do: Own the execution layer — operations, timelines, systems, and internal coordination to launch on time.
Who you are: A former PM, founder, or startup operator who thrives in structured chaos and knows how to get things done.

Dealmaker (Biz Dev / Partnerships Lead)

What you’ll do: Forge early ecosystem partnerships, source funding/investors, and expand Flipsty’s strategic reach.
Who you are: A networked dealmaker, ex-VC associate, or BD lead who knows how to unlock growth through people and partnerships.

What to know:

  • This is not a salaried role at this stage.

  • We’re forming the founding team to co-create and launch Flipsty within 90 days.

  • Each role comes with 10% equity (standard 4-year vesting).

  • Part-time is OK. You don’t need to quit your job — you just need to commit to making it happen with us.

  • Once funded, these positions convert into salaried roles — on your terms.
